These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Arrow Nest (the "Game" or "Service"), developed and published by Alien X Software ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Arrow Nest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Alien X Software grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play Arrow Nest for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game or its underlying algorithms.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game, levels, or assets.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized software to alter game states or coin balances.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices affixed to or contained within the Game.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.
3. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency
Arrow Nest may feature virtual currency ("Coins") or virtual gameplay items ("Hints", "Shuffles", "Boosters").
- Virtual items have no monetary value in the real world and do not constitute real currency or property.
- Virtual items cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services from us or any other party.
- All virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. Alien X Software reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at its sole discretion.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to Arrow Nest, including all computer code, level layouts, visual assets, sounds, animations, characters, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Alien X Software and its licensors.
5. Advertisements & Third-Party Content
Arrow Nest may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob or authorized partner networks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with third-party ads are solely between you and the advertiser.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIEN X SOFTWARE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Arrow Nest at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other players or our business interests.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Alien X Software is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
