• Gameplay Data: Levels unlocked, scores, stars earned, hints used, and game settings (stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences).
• Advertising Identifiers & Ad Data: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and Unity advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob and Unity Ads to deliver relevant ads and rewarded videos according to your system permissions.

2. Third-Party Service Providers & SDKs

We may employ third-party advertising partners and platform services to support free gameplay and provide rewarded video incentives. These third parties have access to device advertising identifiers only to perform these tasks on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC):
  We use Google AdMob to display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads (which reward in-game hints or coins upon completion). AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (AAID) to display ads.

  We use Unity Ads to deliver rewarded video ads (e.g., unlocking bonus hints and coins upon watching). Unity Ads processes advertising data in accordance with their privacy standards.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing Data

We process the minimal data collected for the following legitimate purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the functionality of Arrow Nest.
• To track level completions and save your puzzle progress locally on your device.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical software bugs and device compatibility crashes.
• To display advertisements that allow us to offer Arrow Nest as a free game.
• To fulfill legal obligations under applicable mobile application distribution laws.

4. Data Storage & Security

All gameplay progress (levels 1 to 500, stars, hints, virtual coins) is saved directly onto your device's local sandboxed memory. We do not transmit or store your save files on remote private databases.

For data transmitted through third-party services (such as ad delivery and ad auctions), transmission is protected via industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Family Policy Compliance)

Arrow Nest is a family-friendly casual game suitable for all general audiences. We comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Family Policy requirements:

• We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union).
• AdMob advertising units integrated within Arrow Nest are configured with appropriate child-directed tags (such as tagForChildDirectedTreatment where applicable) and comply with Google Play Families ad networks certification.

6. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of Access & Portability: The right to request copies of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification & Erasure: The right to request that we correct inaccurate data or delete your information.
• Right to Restrict or Object to Processing: The right to object to automated ad tracking.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt out of interest-based ads on your Android device at any time by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset or Delete advertising ID.

7. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

For players located in California, under the CCPA/CPRA:

• We do not sell personal information for monetary value.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising outside the authorized Google AdMob framework.
• You have the right to request deletion of your information and non-discriminatory service.

8. User Data Deletion & Account Erasure

Since Arrow Nest does not require an account, you can erase all local data and puzzle progress instantly by clearing the app data in Android Settings:

Settings > Apps > Arrow Nest > Storage & cache > Clear Storage / Clear Cache.
